ISN ‘s commitment to excellence was recognized at the 10th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service in Las Vegas, Nevada, where it received a Gold award for Contact Center of the Year (ISN London Office), a Silver award for Training Team of the Year and a Bronze award for Contact Center of the Year (ISN Dallas Office).

In 2015, ISN also won two bronze Stevie Awards for the Contact Center of the Year – Technology Industries and Customer Service Training Team of the Year.

In this year’s competition, approximately 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and from almost every industry were considered, which represented an increase of 11% over last year. Finalists were chosen based on scoring by 115 preliminary judges from around the world.
