The ISN Team strives to provide contractors with tools and knowledge to reach compliance with their Hiring Clients’ requirements. As a benefit of an ISNetworld subscription, the ISN Customer Service Team hosts monthly contractor webcasts to provide additional knowledge on numerous topics including account features, Hiring Client requirements and ISNetworld tools.
Contractor webcasts are available globally, and the topics change every month. ISN provides webcasts in multiple languages to help ensure all contractors are able to participate.
ISN customer service representatives and industry professionals are available during each webcast to answer general and contractor-specific questions.

As of November 2016, more than 1,500 contractors have attended more than 20 webcasts over topics including:

**How to Register **
ISN will be hosting two more webcasts this year to provide an overview of Marketing and Added Benefits during the following times:
- Thursday, December 15th, 2016 at 10 AM CDT
- Tuesday, December 20th, 2016 at 2 PM CDT
Contractors are able to register for a webcast through their ISNetworld account under the ISNetworld Training Tab. Contractors are also able to reference previous webcasts within the On Demand Video section of their ISNetworld account.
