ISN’s phased release of ISNetworld 11.0, the latest version of its online contractor management platform, was recently announced and provides its customers with enhanced functionality and a faster, more intuitive system.

The goals of ISNetworld 11.0 were categorized into three phases: optimize the structural framework to improve overall site performance; incorporate enhancements to existing tools used by many ISN customers; and update the aesthetics and usability, including additional functionality and the overall look of ISNetworld.

“We are proud of our latest software release; it has enabled us to offer a faster, more robust system to our users,” said Saks Ishrat, ISN Senior Vice President of Products. “We appreciate the many customers that participated in usability testing as their feedback greatly contributed to the evolution of ISNetworld.”

Several ISNetworld 11.0 projects enhanced existing tools including the expansion of the hiring organizations’ Online Training Tool to be compliant with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and the ability to track time and attendance in ISN’s QuickCheck Tool. In addition, new functionality enhancements for hiring organizations incorporated real-time benchmarking data and exportable graphing capabilities.

To further support its global customers in over 75 countries, ISN translated its website (www.isnetworld.com) into the following seven languages: Dutch, German, French, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese and Spanish. Other enhancements were made to the system’s mobile site, including the ability to add and view on-site audits and evaluation reports as well as see employee-level training qualifications.

“With more than 60,000 customers worldwide, the functionality enhancements incorporated during 11.0 help improve users’ overall experience with our platform,” said Brandi Surine, ISN Associate Vice President and Enterprise Architect. “We look forward to continuing to develop tools and resources that assist our customers with their daily job responsibilities and that support safe work environments.”
