ISN has recently completed the phased release of ISNetworld 12.0, the latest version of its online contractor management platform, which provides customers with new tools and updates to the platform’s appearance, functionality and security.
These enhancements further refine the user experience, incorporating industry best practices and feedback received from customers.
“We are strong believers in constant improvement, and this latest release is another example of how we continually strive to meet our customers’ needs and provide them with the best user experience possible,” says Brian Callahan, ISN President and Chief Operating Officer. “Updates that make ISNetworld more user-friendly allow our customers to complete their work in the platform faster, enabling them to spend more time on business-critical tasks.”
Upon logging into ISNetworld, users will see a more personalized experience with tiles offering key statistics and quick access to action items, favorites, client grades and dashboard graphs. Additionally, the left navigation menu now allows customers to quickly locate tools within ISNetworld with added search functionality.
ISNetworld 12.0 includes new tools that provide customers access to additional information, such as state-level licenses and subcontractor scorecards. Several enhancements were made to existing tools as well, including additional reporting capabilities on site-based and employee-level data and expansion of tools available on mobile devices.
“We appreciate the customers who offered feedback and contributed to this update of ISNetworld,” says Brandi Surine, ISN Vice President and Enterprise Architect. “We look forward to collecting feedback on ISNetworld 12.0 and will continue to search for ways to maximize the user experience and add value to all customers’ subscriptions.”
