About the Center for Offshore Safety (COS)
The COS is designed to promote the highest level of safety for offshore drilling, completions and operations. The COS works to enhance and continuously improve the industry’s safety and environmental performance.
COS Annual Forum
The COS will be hosting its fifth annual forum from September 19-20 in Houston, Texas. The theme for the 2017 forum is Transforming Learnings into Action. Each year the COS Forum brings together offshore industry operators, drilling contractors, service/supply companies and regulators to facilitate collaboration and drive continual improvement.
