The Western Energy Institute (WEI)
The WEI is a trade association serving the electric and natural gas industries throughout the Western United States and Canada. The institute is dedicated to supporting the electric and gas industry by facilitating direct connections between industry professionals through member-driven programs and environments to collaborate and network.

2016 Safety Summit
The 2016 WEI Safety Summit spans across three unique, topical tracks: Safety Strategy and Policy, Electric Safety Work Methods and Gas Safety Work Methods. The content is designed to promote safety culture through discussions related to the education and training that can influence utility operations as well as address some of the challenges and successes associated with developing strategies.
