ISN held its first ISNstitute Certified User Program for Hiring Clients on February 7-9, 2017 at its headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Over 40 participants representing more than 30 companies across multiple industries attended the program.

ISNstitute provided participants with the opportunity to benchmark their company’s current processes and receive comprehensive, hands-on training on ISNetworld functionality. Attendees also took advantage of networking opportunities and received an ISNetworld Certified User Certificate at its completion.

“I found the Certified Users Program to be very informative and look forward to utilizing several of the new tools introduced,” said Patti Crosby at Jones Lang LaSalle. Tom Talbot, Division Safety Manager at Bunge stated, “I now have full confidence working with all the tools at my disposal, but most important is the benefit to the Bunge implementation due to my participation.”

ISNstitute participants were also able to:

  1. Learn strategies for engaging employees in the contractor management process
  2. Review ISNetworld from the contractors’ perspective
  3. Participate in usability testing of tools included in ISNetworld 12.0

“We introduced this new program to provide an experience for Hiring Clients to share and learn best practices in contractor management,” said Brian Callahan, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ISN. “The participation, along with the support and feedback we received, are instrumental in facilitating continual improvement in workplace safety.”
