ISN held its first virtual Certified User Program for Hiring Clients last month with 36 participants representing 35 companies across multiple industries. Hiring Client certified users now total more than 235.
“The entire program forced me to answer questions about our ISNetworld implementation that I had not previously considered,” said Max Gearhard, contractor safety coordinator with EQT. “At any stage of your contractor management program development, it is beneficial to review process benchmarks, best practices and additional tools.”
The Certified User Program provided participants the opportunity to receive comprehensive training on ISN’s contractor management platform, ISNetworld, and virtually network with peers to share best practices.
“I had no idea all of the services and tools that were part of the subscription should we choose to utilize them. Everything from subcontractor management to contractor evaluations. Onsite contractor training, all the analytics and interactive dashboards. I found something useful in every topic,” said Tracey Gettridge, sourcing manager for Commercial Metals Company.
