## ISN® Receives International Customer Service Standard Gold Certification

**Customer Service Institute of America recognizes ISN for its award-winning customer service**

ISN is pleased to announce it has earned the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) Gold Certification by the [Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA)](https://www.serviceinstitute.com/). This follows ISN’s first Gold Certification achievement in 2021. The comprehensive assessment evaluated ISN on 24 attributes critical to best-in-class customer service and included a visit to ISN’s Dallas headquarters by CSIA assessors. 

“ISN is dedicated to the client and contractor experience, and it is evident in their business decisions and culture,” remarked the CSIA assessors. “The focus on contractors and Hiring Clients remains unwavering and it is understood that the customer interactions and experiences are priority number one."  

“Our second Gold Certification demonstrates ISN’s commitment to providing excellent service to our customers,” said Jenny Buckley, Senior Vice President at ISN. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication given by our entire team, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. We continue to listen to customers, innovate, and strive to elevate our customer experience to improve the value of our product and offerings.”  

ISN has earned recognition from the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO), Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA), Stevie Awards, and Customer Contact Week for its outstanding customer service. The award-winning team offers 24-hour support during the business week to contractor customers across more than 85 countries, operating from customer service centers in Dallas, London, and Sydney.
