The 11th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service were held on Friday, February 24th. The Stevie Awards, which are the world’s premier business awards, were created in 2002 to recognize the achievements of customer service, business development, contact centers and sales professionals worldwide.

ISN’s commitment to excellence in Customer Service was recognized at the Stevie Awards this year with the following awards:

  • Contact Center of the Year (up to 100 employees) – ISN Sydney Office, Silver
  • Contact Center of the Year (up to 100 employees) – ISN London Office, Bronze
  • Contact Center of the Year (100+ employees) – ISN Dallas Office, Bronze
  • Training Team of the Year – Bronze

Belinda Field, Associate Vice President at ISN, says, “It is a combined effort across all teams at ISN to serve our global customer base. To be a Stevie Award recipient for the third straight year is an honor and testament to our ongoing commitment of providing a high level of service for our customers.”

Approximately 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes, and almost every industry, were considered in this year’s competition, which represented an increase of 11% over last year. Finalists were chosen based on scoring by 77 professionals globally, acting as preliminary judges.
