ISN Team Hosts Monarch Safety Culture Spotlight

Last week, ISN hosted its virtual Monarch Safety Culture Spotlight which provided current and prospective ISN customers an opportunity to learn more about Monarch's Safety Culture Assessment offering, CultureSight. Monarch, the consulting arm of ISN, helps Clients gather the perceptions and experiences of their contractors, suppliers, and employees as it relates to the company’s safety culture, procurement processes, and sustainability initiatives. The data-driven assessment provides actionable insights that help companies prioritize what steps they should take to strengthen their safety culture. Over 100 hiring organizations and more than 200 Contractor companies have completed a CultureSight engagement in their pursuit of becoming best-in-class organizations. Today, Monarch has 3 primary offerings that are included at no additional fee with an ISNetworld^® subscription.

1. CultureSight: collects feedback from the Client's employees and contractors to help quantify the organizations safety culture maturity.
2. VendorSight: uses a similar methodology as CultureSight, but collects feedback from contractors and suppliers to measure the supplier experience with the Client's supply chain and procurement processes.
3. ESGSight: allows Clients to better understand the perceptions around their organizational ESG objectives from employees, contractors and suppliers.

Highlights from the Event
Presenters included ISN representatives and customer representatives from Nutrien, INEOS, Birchcliff Energy, Liberty Utilities, and Saulsbury Industries to provide insight on their CultureSight engagements and the benefits their organizations have experienced from the feedback provided by their workforce.

Best practice sharing was a common theme among the group during the event. Discussions and dialogue amongst the attendees revolved around topics such as benefit of participating in surveys, insights gained, and action taken on the data to close the "feedback loop".
