ISN has been awarded the 2019 International Service Excellence Award in the Small Contact Center category by the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO) and Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA). ISN was recognized with the award from a group of 26 applicants and 5 finalists in the category.
Each year, the ICCSO appoints the CSIA to manage the International Service Excellence Awards, which are acknowledged as the premier service awards around the globe.
As a finalist, ISN hosted a site visit with a CSIA member of the International Awards judging committee to determine if the customer is the focus of the business. ISN was evaluated in a variety of categories based on criteria aligned with the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS). The committee assessed ISN’s commitment to exceptional service experiences through culture, processes, procedures, training, hiring practices and daily activities.
ISN has contact centers in Dallas, London and Sydney that provide 24-hour support to more than 75,000 contractors during the business week. The organization has also been recognized for 5 straight years by the Stevie Awards for excellence in customer service.
