OSHA has scheduled the 2016 Construction Safety and Health Conference for October 26-27 in Irving, Texas. The University of Texas at Arlington and Region VI OSHA present the conference as a forum for construction professionals to learn about and discuss new and evolving safety products, processes, procedures and technology in the construction industry.
Participants will include construction safety professionals, technical experts, regulators and executives, and attendees will have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with leading experts in construction safety. Conference sessions will be led by respected industry professionals and will focus specifically on current issues in construction safety.
Additional Pre- and Post-Conference Sessions
Registered attendees will also have the opportunity to attend additional pre- and post-conference sessions on topics such as OSHA’s confined space standard (OSHA #7300), record-keeping rules (OSHA #7845) and fall hazard awareness (OSHA #7405) in addition to a 10-hour program on OSHA construction.
