OSHA TOP 10 Violations 2022

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced its preliminary list of the Top 10 most cited violations for fiscal year 2022. Deputy director of OSHA's Directorate of Enforcement Programs, Patrick Kapust, presented the list during the 2022 NSC Safety Congress & Expo in San Diego.

According to NSC and OSHA, Fall Protection – General Requirements is the #1 violation for the twelfth year in a row. Hazard Communication and Respiratory Protection followed in second and third place, respectively.
