Protections from the Cold if ‘Proactive Scheduling’ Isn’t Feasible

That’s why the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommends scheduling work during the warmest part of the day. But what if that’s not an option? How can employers ensure their workers are safe and comfortable in cold conditions?
